Welcome to KagazWala! This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our guidelines regarding order cancellations, returns, refunds, and shipping.

2. General Shipping Information
- Domestic Orders: For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
- International Orders: For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
- Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery date specifically agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery Address: Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer during the order placement process.
- Delivery Confirmation: Confirmation of the dispatch and/or delivery of your order/services will be sent to your registered email ID as specified during registration.
3. Our Guarantee & Limitations on Shipping Liability
KagazWala guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 business days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
KagazWala is NOT liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. Once the consignment is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery is subject to their norms and schedules.
4. Order Cancellation Policy (Crucial for Custom Goods)
Due to the highly custom and personalized nature of our Services (including but not limited to custom-printed documents, PVC cards, t-shirts, and mugs), an order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has entered the production phase.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy (Specific to Custom Products)
Given that most of our products are custom-made according to your unique specifications, our returns and refunds policy is stringent:
- No Returns/Refunds for Custom Orders: We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds for products that are printed as per your approved specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- You approved a design proof with an error.
- You selected the wrong size, color, or product type.
- You provided a low-quality image or incorrect text/design for printing.
- You simply changed your mind after receiving the custom product.
- Exceptions (Manufacturing Defects ONLY): We will offer a replacement or, at our sole discretion, a refund only if the product delivered is:
- Faulty or Damaged: Physically damaged during transit or has a significant manufacturing defect.
- Significantly Different: The final product is significantly different from the digital proof approved by you (i.e., a clear printing error on our part).
- Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the defect or damage.
- Reporting a Defect: You must notify us of any such defect, damage, or significant discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please contact our helpdesk immediately at

- Upon review and approval of your claim, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
