- “Services” shall mean all services offered by KagazWala, including but not limited to document printing, PVC card printing, custom t-shirt printing, custom mug printing, and other related document and printing services.
- “Content” shall mean any text, images, designs, logos, data, or other materials uploaded or provided by you to us for printing.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, or by placing an order for our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Website or its Services.
3. User Obligations and Content
You are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, submit, or provide to us for printing. By submitting Content, you agree that you will not upload any material that is:
- Illegal: Infringing on any third party’s copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use all Content you submit.
- Offensive: Obscene, pornographic, hateful, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful.
- Harmful: Contains viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm or disrupt our systems.
- Prohibited: A government-issued identification card, passport, driving license, or any other official document for which reproduction is illegal or constitutes forgery.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, at our sole discretion, if it violates these terms or if we deem the Content inappropriate.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Order: All orders placed are considered an ‘offer’ to purchase our Services. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (like GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full before an order is processed for production. We use secure third-party payment gateways (like Razorpay) for all transactions.
5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy
This is extremely important for our custom printing business:
- Cancellation: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our Services (t-shirts, mugs, custom cards, printouts), an order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has entered the production phase.
- No Returns/Refunds for Custom Goods: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are printed as per your specifications (e.g., if you approved a design, selected a wrong size, or provided a low-quality image).
- Exceptions (Defects): We will offer a replacement or refund only if the product delivered is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the digital proof approved by you (a ‘manufacturing defect’).
- Notification: You must notify us of any such defect within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect.
6. Intellectual Property
- Our IP: All material on this Website, including the KagazWala logo, design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us (Akash Kumar Gautam). Reproduction is strictly prohibited.
- Your IP: You retain all intellectual property rights to the Content you upload. By uploading Content, you grant KagazWala a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (e.g., resize, reformat), and display such Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
Your use of any information or materials on our Website is entirely at your own risk.
